At Tullamarine, the terminal you need depends on who you're flying with. Virgin Australia uses Terminal 3, but most other airlines use Terminal 2. Low-cost carriers operate out of Terminal 4. All terminals are open 24 hours and have facilities such as ATMs and currency exchange, restaurants and duty-free shopping.
Tullamarine Airport is 23km from Melbourne, a 20 to 35-minute drive in good traffic. If you're driving on the Tullamarine Freeway, you'll need a CityLink pass.
