Singapore Changi Airport is an internationally regarded airport because of its organisation and facilities. Passengers will find ATMs, currency exchange and banking services, a fitness centre, a medical centre, and pharmacies. There is also a large selection of dining options if you’re hungry after the flight, plus numerous shopping outlets, perfect if you need to pick up any last minute items.
Transport
The public transport in Singapore is excellent and there are several options available to you. There is the MRT rail system, which you can take from either Terminals 2 or 3, with a journey into the city centre taking around 35 minutes and costing between 1.30-2.30SGD ($1.28-2.27).
There are buses run by SBS transit (Route 36) into downtown for 2SGD ($1.97) though they take around 60 minutes to get into central Singapore. A taxi ride is the most expensive way to get into town, but only takes around half an hour. Expect the fare to be between 20-40SGD ($19-39).
There are car rental desks within the airport in all terminals, including the major brands, such as Avis, Hertz and Budget.

Yes. Because you are flying from Malaysia to Singapore, which is an international flight, you will need to ensure you have your passport.
How long should you leave to get to the airport?
International flights generally require passengers to check in between 90-120 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your booked flight.

Weather: Singapore has an average temperature of 30°C throughout the year. Generally it is recommended that you visit between November and March, when the Northeast Monsoon cools the city.
Singapore is much more expensive than Kuala Lumpur, and though going out to dinner in this city is far more expensive than in Malaysia, by world standards it is very reasonable. Expect to pay around 60SGD ($59) for two people to eat a three-course meal at a mid-range restaurant.
