What to expect when hiring a car from Singapore Changi Airport
Getting to Singapore city centre from Singapore Changi Airport will take less than 30 minutes for 25.9 kilometres with partial toll roads. The main routes include going via PIE, TPE, and Bartley Rd East. Following the PIE route, get to Whitley Rd, then take exit 17 to Thomson Rd, Upper Thomson Rd and Island Club Rd to reach the city centre in no time.

Driving within Singapore from Singapore Changi Airport can be quite a hassle due to the high fees that come with the rental. In general, however, the roads in the city centre and its surrounding areas are in excellent condition, with good Singaporean drivers following most of the traffic rules set out. Choa Chu Kang
Choa Chu Kang, or Choa Chu Kang New Town, can be found towards northwestern Singapore. It has Choa Chu Kang Park, Choa Chu Kang Swimming Complex, Limbang Park, Choa Chu Kang Stadium, Tembusu Park, Lot One Shopping Mall, and Choa Chu Kang Community Library.
Starting from Singapore Changi Airport, head out via PIE then BKE, KJE, and Choa Chu Kang Dr. The drive will take around 32 minutes or 27 minutes without traffic for 34.9 kilometres. Be advised that following this route will get you to partial toll roads that serve the area.
When within Jurong East, get to its three tourist attractions namely Science Centre, Snow City, and Chinese Garden. As a planning area within Singapore, it is bounded by roads and areas that include Sungei Pandan, the Pan island Expressway, Jurong Canal Drive, and more.
Driving to Jurong East from Singapore Changi Airport will take a short 34 minutes or less for 35.8 kilometres. Major roads that serve the route are ECP and W Coast Hwy, ECP and AYE, and PIE and AYE.
