Arriving in Singapore

The Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) functions as Singapore’s premier travel hub, and this facility has tons of amenities. There are ATMs, currency exchange booths, public telephones, and free wireless internet. Duty-free shops are located throughout the concourse, and offer designer goods, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, and confectionary. You can also find travel accessories, electronics, and gourmet food products here too. Restaurants, bars, and cafés serve this airport too, and you can enjoy refreshments in one of these establishments as soon as you arrive. A spa, a swimming pool, and a cinema are all added features that you can also use.

Singapore’s airport has 4 terminals, and a free shuttle links these terminals together.

For 20SGD ($19) you can get into town if you take the cheaper model of taxi, or 50SGD ($49) if you take a Mercedes or BMW taxicab. The journey should take you about 20 minutes. Car rentals are available online, though rental agencies are stationed in the terminals as well.
