Sydney Airport (SYD) information
The airport that services the city of Sydney and its surrounds is the busy Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. It can be found about 8kms from the CBD, and can be travelled to in a taxi, a bus, or on the AirportLink train. Alternatively, you might decide to drive yourself and park at the terminal.
For your flight to Apia from Sydney, you will typically need to go to the international terminal at the airport. While you wait to board the plane, you can grab something to eat or drink from one of the many eateries within the building, utilise the free Wi-Fi, or do some last-minute shopping – there are many different retail stores at the terminal to choose from.
