Arriving in Perth, whether it’s in the smaller but comprehensive Terminal 3 or in its revamped Terminal 1 Domestic Pier, is an easy and convenient experience on exit. If you’re feeling a little hungry from your flight, there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can pick up something to eat and drink. If you’re staying with someone and want to pick up a gifts, that’s easily done at one of the airport shops on your way out.
A taxicab journey from the airport can cost you anywhere from $40-50 one-way. You’ll find that there are airport shuttles into the downtown area for $15 one-way per person, or there are the public buses, which leave from Terminals 3 and 4. These buses will take roughly an hour to get into town, but they are by far the cheapest option into the city.

Though this is a domestic flight, you must carry photo identification with you. This can be a social security card, a driver’s license or your passport.
