In Ecuador, one of the most spectacular things you can do is fly out to the Galapagos Islands (GPS). Soak up every second of your time here, because the Galapagos Islands will feel out of this world.

A short-haul flight can take you to the atmospheric city of Havana (HAV) in Cuba. Visitors to this city will be swept up in the colonial architecture, 1950s, cars, and the irrepressible charm of the Cuban people. Include a tour of Old Havana, a stroll down the Malecon, and visit the National Museum of Fine Arts.

There is one main long-haul destination from Ecuador and that is to the wonderful city of Madrid (MAD). This is where the wheels of Spanish culture turn, and seeing the stunning Royal Palace, the city’s Plaza Mayor, and the Temple of Debod.
