Popular flights from Serbia

Hop around the Balkans with ease from Belgrade, board a flight to Sofia (SOF) and in just over an hour, you can be touring its best sites. The Bulgarian capital’s highlights include the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the wonderful National History Museum, and the Banya Bashi Mosque and Central Baths.

Or enjoy a winter trip to Geneva (GVA) where you can admire the beauty of the lake, the Old Town, and travel across the border to the nearby ski resort of Chamonix in France, where you can hit the slopes.

Of course, if being cold isn’t your thing, you can fly instead to New York (JFK) in the summertime, where you can catch some rays in Central Park, feel the sea spray as you take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, gaze at stunning artwork at the Met, shop down 5th Avenue, and see a show on Broadway.

Where to find cheap flights from Serbia

Lots of low-cost carriers operate around Europe, and finding flights with these airlines can generally save you money, as can departing from the largest hub in the country, which in this case is the Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG).

Look for flights during the low travel season of your destination, or for mid-week or off-peak flights if you are travelling in the high season. You can review rates easily with the calendar tool, which allows you to check fares month-to-month. Finally, keep your travel timetable flexible, so you can snag a great fare when it becomes available.
