Flying With AnadoluJet

AnadoluJet is a Turkish-Airlines owned airline, and operates flights exclusively in and around Turkey, as well as offering flights to one destination in Northern Cyprus, Ercan Airport. AnadoluJet does not operate any flights to or from Australia. The airline prides itself on providing its distinct and warm Anatolian hospitality to all passengers, and has been in operation since 2008.

Ways To Check-in

• For domestic flights it is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of your flight. Airport check in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of AnadoluJet domestic flights. Make sure you carry your identification card, driver's license or passport with you.

• You can also check-in online and select your seat from 24 hours up to 90 minutes prior to the departure time.

• A third option is to self check-in using kiosks at the airport. Self check-in is available for AnadoluJet at selected airports, including Antalya, Adana, Ankara, İzmir, Bodrum, Dalaman, Trabzon and Gaziantep. Passengers will need their electronic ticket, and the credit card they used to purchase the ticket with them to self check-in.

Baggage Allowances & Fees

• Economy Class passengers are allowed 15kg of free check-in baggage.

• Extra weight can be purchased in advance of your flight.

• Check-in baggage exceeding 32kg is not accepted on any AnadoluJet flight.

• Small handbags of no more than 23 x 40 x 55cm and a maximum weight of 8kg are allowed to be brought on board as carry-on luggage. However, for bags larger than this, you'll need to purchase an extra seat for it. The extra baggage cannot exceed 75kg, and must be in suitable size to fit in the seat. Note that musical instruments are not subject to this restriction.


• Passengers who are checking in online from 24 hours up to 90 minutes prior to the departure time can choose their seat free of charge.

• Those seated in emergency exit rows get much more legroom, however must be able to help cabin crew in an emergency.

Booking Fees/Payment Methods

All bookings made through the AndoluJet website and call centre comes with a small booking fee of five Turkish Lira. Ticket reservations through other channels are subject to a service charge of 10 Turkish Lira. AnadoluJet accepts payment via credit card or EFT/Money transfer. The applicable credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. Only flights departing from Turkey may utilize the EFT/Money transfer payment option and it has to be made between Turkish banks.

In-Flight Service

• AnadoluJet provides free refreshments to all passengers onboard, including water, tea, and packaged snacks.

• The airline also offers passengers an in-flight magazine to read for their entertainment.
