Why Fly With Solaseed Air?

Ways To Check-In

• To check in for your Solaseed flight, head to any automatic check-in machine at the airport. Have your e-ticket itinerary, confirmation number, reservation number and credit card used at the time of payment, on hand in order to complete your check-in. Once your check-in has been processed, you will be issued a boarding guide. You can then proceed to a separate machine at the security checkpoint to scan your boarding guide, and receive your boarding pass. At the automatic check-in machine, you can also choose your preferred seat on the plane.

• Passengers are advised to clear security at least 15 minutes before their flight’s departure.

• Solaseed aircraft consist of a single cabin, and seats are arranged in a 3 – 3 configuration. Each seat is approximately 17” wide with a pitch of 30-31”.

• Seats are also mounted with a bi-fold tray table on the seat back for use during meal times or if you need to work.

• If you prefer seats with more legroom, you may choose these seats during check-in. However, this is on a first-come-first-served basis, so you should check-in early if you want to secure a seat near the emergency exits or in the front rows.

Booking Fees/Payment Methods

You can purchase the tickets at the Solaseed Air airport ticketing counter or any authorized travel agents who deal with Solaseed Air’s flights. Should you need a refund on your ticket, please bring your ticket to a ticket counter within the refund period (10 days from purchase).
