Albury Airport is an Australian regional airport, serving the city of Albury in New South Wales and its adjacent sister city Wodonga in Victoria. The airport is located 3.7 kilometres northeast of Albury and resides at an elevation of 539 feet / 164 metres above mean sea level. It has an asphalt runway designated 07/25.

Albury Library Museum - The Albury Library Museum is a library and museum in Albury. The building, which received the Australian Institute of Architect's National Award for Public Architecture, was designed by Ashton Raggatt McDougall and opened to the public in 2007. It features 50,000 books, magazines, and electronic media items.

Albury Botanic Gardens - Established in 1877, the Albury Botanic Gardens represents the mainstream ideas regarding gardening in the 19th and 20th centuries. The garden covers an area of four hectares and has special focus on Australian rainforest specimens. There is no admission fee to enter the Botanic Gardens.

Commercial Club Albury - The Commercial Club is considered the finest hospitality venue in Albury-Wodonga. It features a wide range of facilities and services for its members and visitors, including restaurants, bistros, bars and lounges, sporting facilities, conference facilities, and entertainment. Sporting activities possible in the Commercial Club include billiards, swimming, racquetball, squash, golf, and fishing. There is also a gymnasium where one can utilise treadmills, free weights and machines, Swiss balls, and other work out equipment. The entertainment weekly is usually in the form of live bands and stage shows. Commercial Club Albury is also home to the most luxurious bar in Albury, the Mahogany Bar.

All Saints Estate - The All Saints Estate has been producing hand-crafted wines since 1864. It contains to some of the oldest vineyard plantings, some of which are classified as ancient. The historical and iconic estate features a Provender-style cheese tasting room, a restaurant overlooking the sweeping lawns, and the Family Cellar with sleeping barrels (and private tastings for small groups). Visiting the All Saints Estate is a must for food and wine lovers.

Gateway Village - The Gateway Village between Albury and Wodonga is home to quality artists. It offers art galleries, theatres, restaurants, and an Aboriginal cultural centre. Visitors can view arts and wood-crafters at work, or enjoy a night of live theatre and jazz performances.

How to get around within Albury

It is easy to get lost in Albury as the city, especially outside of the central business district, is poorly signed. Bring along a GPS system or a map if possible. If you get lost without either of these things though, the locals will almost certainly be willing to help you. There are local buses that serve Albury and provide connections to Wodonga, where it's much less likely you'll get lost. The bus terminal is located at Albury Railway Station.

Renting out a bike is also a possible choice; proceed to the Albury Visitor Information Centre to ask for the bike-hire locations and perhaps get yourself a good map of the city. There is a train line that connects Albury with Melbourne and Sydney.
