Travellers need a visa to visit Bhutan for Business or Tourism.

A Bhutan eVisa is the fastest way to obtain a visa. Travellers can apply online. Once approved, travellers receive their eVisa confirmation electronically.

Travellers under 18 travelling with an adult who is not their parent must include a parental consent form with their visa application. The form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian and include the child's passport details and the full name and identification of the accompanying adult. A copy of the child's passport must also be attached.

Travellers need a valid passport to enter Bhutan. The traveller's passport must remain valid for at least 6 months after the traveller departs from Bhutan.
