Travellers do not need a visa for Business or Tourism stays up to 30 days. Travellers need a visa for longer stays.

All travellers visiting Uzbekistan for more than 3 days must register with the local Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 72 hours of arrival and maintain valid registration throughout their stay.

Travellers staying in hotels or dormitories are registered automatically, while those in private or non-hotel accommodations must register themselves online with the close participation of the host landlord or with the local Administration for Migration and Citizenship. Failure to complete the required registration may result in fines or penalties.

Travellers need a valid passport to enter Uzbekistan. The traveller's passport must remain valid for at least 3 months after the traveller arrives in Uzbekistan. The passport must have at least 1 blank page.
