Why Fly With Cebu Pacific?

Ways To Check-In

Online check in is available for flights 72 hours before you fly, and will remain open up to 4 hours for international flights and 2 hours for domestic. There is a mobile app available with Cebu Pacific where customers book their flights, and check in for them on the same application. Please note that this option is not available for expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors or groups of 10 or more. If you come under this umbrella, you must check in at the airport. Recommended arrival times are around 60 minutes for domestic journeys and 120-180 for international ones.

Baggage Allowance & Fees

All checked baggage is subject to fees, in order to get the cheapest rate it is advised that you purchase an add-on pre-paid baggage allowance. This is sorted by weight, and in increments of 15kg, 20kg, 30kg and 40kg. There is a maximum allowance of only 20kg for ATR flights, because this is a much smaller aircraft, but the Airbus planes are allow up to 40kg per person.

Every passenger is given a free cabin bag allowance of up to 7kg, but the dimensions of the bag must stay within measurements of 56cm x 36cm x 20cm to pass without an excess fee.

There are two seating options in the cabins, these are standard seating and preferred seats. The preferred seats are usually located in exit rows or bulkheads and offer a little more legroom. You should be able to reserve your choice of seat when booking, but you can select a different seat up to 4 hours before you fly.

Booking Fees

Cebu Pacific passengers can pay through various methods of payments via credit card, online at Cebu Pacific’s website, ATM, Internet banking (Bancnet Online and via bank’s own website), phone banking, mobile phone banking, over-the-counter, non-bank payment centres, partner agents, and Cebu Biz partners.

In-Flight Service

Cebu Pacific does not offer an in-flight entertainment system, but you can access WiFi for a fee, or use electronic devices with capable flight mode options. Meaning you can bring your favourite shows and movies with you, or browse the net for the latest news, or contact friends and family.

If you’re worried you may get hungry during the flight, hot meals are available for pre-oder on the Cebu Pacific website, where you can choose from a number of dishes to satisfy your hunger pains. Just be sure to pre-book these 24 hours in advance of your journey.

There is an Unaccompanied Minor service available through Cebu Pacific, but you must pay for the service, fill out a Passenger Handling Form, and book well in advance of your child’s flight. Children who are eligible for this service must be between 7 and 15 years of age. Children under the age of 7 will not be allowed on the flight unless an adult of at least 18 accompanies them.

On-Time Performance
