Toowoomba City Aerodrome (TWB) is a small facility 5km from Toowoomba CBD in the suburb of Wilsonton. It serves private and charter flights only and used to operate scheduled domestic flights until 2015.

Scheduled flights have since been relocated to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport (formerly Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport), 16km from the CBD. The new airport was opened due to restrictions on jet aircraft at Toowoomba Aerodrome.
