Quarantine: What to do, and for how long
As of 6 July 2022, Australia no longer requires travellers to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test or provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to enter. Australia’s federal quarantine system is no longer in place. However, states and territories may enact their own regulations. Find the current guidelines at the following government websites:

Testing checklist: What do I have to do?
While Australia does not require a COVID-19 test to enter, you may have to take a test, provide proof of vaccination, and fill out a declaration form to enter another country. Check the restrictions in place on the destination you are travelling to on Smartraveller.gov.au.
