Chic & Classy

Ficus Suites Hanoi was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. Mr. Lee and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The only issue was the bathtub setup, as you need to climb nearly 2 feet high to get into the tub even for a shower, which can be slightly inconvenient.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with excellent hospitality, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel is located about 20–30 meters down a small alley, so it is relatively quiet with very little traffic noise. It is a bit away from the Old Quarter, but still within comfortable walking distance. There are many restaurants, cafés, ATMs, and a supermarket nearby.
The room was clean and tidy overall. The mattress was slightly firm but still comfortable. The bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the toilet mechanism, and the bathtub is quite high from the floor, so some guests may need to be careful. I also saw one cockroach in the bathroom, but since they are not uncommon in Hanoi hotels outside the higher-end properties, it was not a major issue for me.
The best part of this hotel is the service. The staff speak English very well, are extremely friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
Considering the location, service, room condition, and price, the value for money is excellent. I have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Quiet location in a busy area. Close enough to everything in the old quarter. Front staff were very helpful.

Great location by the Old Quarter. Set back in an alley, so much quieter than a hotel on the streets. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

With your kindness and heart you have made me feel at home! you are exceptional. You keep doing this. You've been excellent to me. Central location in old quarter. Great laundry service, fast and cheap. Minutes from Train Street and other important places. Great Wifi. Would not hesitate to book again
