Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Internet access is free of charge. A fixed amount of USD 250 for cash or USD 100 for credit card per room will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. A daily resort fee of USD 10 will be charged for use of the following property amenities: - Pool - Fitness room - Hot tub - Sauna - Unlimited local calls - Use of the in-suite safe.
