The room was very clean and comfortable. There are nice sitting areas outside the rooms. The rooms are small. The location is excellent. The stairs are narrow and they were a bit of a problem for my elderly mother

Great flat. Great location. Great host.

Only a few minutes from the station and city centre, on remarkably quiet street with principality stadium across river. Well-equipped modern apartment with microwave, fridge, sink etc. Clean. Loads of sockets all with USB. Very clever and efficient key system to give access. Modern fit out with good ensuite. We had room 9 on first floor. Quiet fan provided but as the room is East facing the sun only came in in the morning and even in the third heatwave of the year, by judicious use of curtains and open windows we kept it cool enough. Charlie is the perfect host offering very quick and positive response to any query and going out of his way to help.

Check-in experience was very smooth. Staff was very attentive. Property was extremely clean. 5 minutes to both Central Cardiff and the train station. One minute from On the River, one of the best pubs in Cardiff

Great apartment! Exceptionally clean, centrally located and well equipped. Great communication. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

Superb studio apartment, absolutely immaculate. Great TV (all the channels and streaming that you might want) and great wifi. It was very handy to have a fridge as well. I had a bit of trouble accessing the key fob as it is self-service check-in, but a very quick call to the management sorted it straight away.
Thank you Abi and Charlie for a fantastic stay, incredible value for money! I expect I'll be back
