They don’t have basic amenities of a hotel even as basic as a toothbrush,bathroom sandals,shower caps and others

Just too bad

Upon arrival we were asked my an unmasked lady to put on our masks. Point being??? Nobody in the whole place was wearing a mask!! She made us buy one but then didn't have change. The simple food we ordered was not available. 10 minutes after we had ordered our coffee we were asked whether we wanted a single or double shot. So the coffee was also not coming. We decided to leave, only to find out that the security Lady still hadnt gotten our change for the mask. And nobody was even understanding why we were upset. This place cannot be recommended!

Visited Grand Imperial hotel for a meal

After 48 years I decided to visit the hotel for a meal to make a change, I wished I had not bothered. There is live music everyday only if you like Congolese music, There is not a big choice on the menu so I opted to have a cheese burger, coleslaw and chips. The burger was nice and tasty but the chips were very cold. I mentioned this to the waitress and she was going to speak to the chef, His reply was he must do better with no offer of replacement. I waited for some different music and it was the same all night payed my bill and left very disappointed as I had high hopes from past experience.
