Beautiful room beautiful location, the view not thing for me was the bed was very hard.

The breakfast was not good. It was cold, few staff around, most items were almost finished yet it was in the middle of the breakfast open hours.

AFantastic! Nelson greeted me with such warmth and gave me a detailed tour of the facilities. Rosert, who always has a smile on his face at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, just like the other receptionists. The housekeeper girl was incredibly friendly. The location is superb, right next to a wonderful large mall, and very secure.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a large shopping mall and restaurants. Free buffet style breakfast. Good transportation, Uber, Taxi, and many boda. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Kampala, Uganda
