Simple the best......

Simple Hotel, BUT very nice, all from the clean well kept room, to the bar, all staff from June to Kwan, very welcoming place can only highest recommend to all who want be close beach, and nice friendly people, to a good price

Overpriced and terrible

Definitely choose this hotel if you want to listen to people partying just outside your window at any hour , but if it's not enough then you can add constant sound of cars and motorcycles exhaust . (You probably don't hear any of those if windows are facing backyard ) . Don't choose this hotel if you are planning to have sex with anyone beside yourself cos the bed isnt strong enough to take it . But the smell that coming out the bathroom don't make you feel romantic' so you probably don't have to worry about it . We stayed for 4 nights and there were no presence of cleaning .might have to inform them that the room needs cleaning , but we didn't so it wasn't . 2000+ bath per night for THIS is unreasonable . The max price is 500....and we would agree to that only if it was the last option between sleeping in a hotel or a night club or maybe a race track .

Cheap but good for a very short stay only

I spent a total of four nights at this facility on two separate occasions. I would only recommend this hotel for very short stays (one or two nights maximum). On the plus side, the location is excellent and since it was low season their rates were really chep, plus the receptionist was very polite and patient and did her very best to help. However, the room I got was rather noisy and there was even water leaking in from one of the walls - so much so that the staff had laid a towel on the floor and against the wall in an attempt to stem any leaks. Since I was unlucky enough to travel to Koh Samui in November of all times, a time of year when it rains (often very heavily) every single day, that meant that when I got back to my room after a heavy shower I found part of the floor covered in water. Also, the reception is not manned in the evening nor early in the morning and the owner is not particularly forthcoming either. They only provide guests with the bare minimum - e.g. once I badly needed a hairdryer and they didn't have one; any other facility I've stayed at anywhere in the world was able to provide at least that.

Perfecta estancia y bien atendido

Excelente atención por parte de la dueña
June. Siempre con una sonrisa.
Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias.
Con aire, y todo lo que ofrece lo tiene.
Camas grandes y cómodas. A 100 metros de la playa. Excelente relación precio calidad. Buenos precios en comida y muy sabrosa
