Amazing little guesthouse

We really enjoyed our time at this amazing little guesthouse run by Suwita and her mum. They made us feel so welcome and treated us almost like family, making sure we were well looked after whilst we were there. We wanted somewhere quiet and close to Nai Yang beach and this place was perfect. The room was comfortable and spacious with its own terrace where we enjoyed sitting and listening to the birds and cicadas.There was also several shops and local places to eat on the same street. Thanks again Suwita you are amazing, we hope to come back in the future.

Big disappointment - cancelled booking despite having paid

Booked based on earlier reviews but my experience was quite different. The room smelt musty and the floors & walls were very dirty. It felt like no-one had stayed there for a long time. There is a hole in the bathroom floor, inviting unwelcome creatures to invade during the night! The front door has a wide gap so mosquitoes can enter.No-one was expecting me on arrival despite me having confirmed check in time. I left after an hour and moved to the superb Somo Guesthouse (see Airbnb reviews) which is spotless and less than half the price! As I left the owner tried to make me pay again, although I had already made a non-refundable booking through booking.com. Personally I'd avoid this place.The best valu,e place to stay in Naiyang is Pensiri House. Such a shame because Suwita's has potential - a spacious outdoor area with beautiful blossom, but it is just so neglected.

Marvelous house

If you have enough of boring hotels and want to spent your holidays in a nice family house, this is the place for you. Large air-conditioned suit with a beautiful huge balcony full of flowers. No noise. No discotheques around. Just birdsong in the morning and cicadas in the evening. Suwita the landlady is nice, kind, helpful, full of charm and care.
P.S. WiFi is excellent.

wonderful place

Wonderful large airy very clean and nicely decorated room with beautiful green private terrace to enjoy your coffee early in the morning listening birdsong. It is in five minutes to cycle to a very beautiful and almost deserted (during weekdays) beach with easy accessible coral reef.
The place is run by two very kind and lovely women: Suwita and her mother. In this house you feel at home. No, better than at home, you feel like you are visiting your favorite and loving aunt.
