Nightmare Stay: Rude Staff, Faulty Keys, and Extra Charges!!
While the check-in process itself was technically smooth, the entire system seems completely unequipped to handle groups. There was only one staff member responsible for both the airport transfer and the check-in, which meant our group had to wait an unnecessarily long time just to get settled after arriving. For a property located so close to the airport, this level of understaffing is unacceptable.
The bigger issue, however, was the shockingly rude and unhelpful behavior from a staff member named 'Kanita'. Late at night (around midnight), we discovered that the key to one of our rooms was faulty and actually broke inside the lock. Instead of helping resolve the situation, Kanita showed zero willingness to assist. She did not help in opening the room, nor did she offer an alternative room despite the clear inconvenience to guests at such a late hour.
Because of the situation, some of us had to share rooms, which would have been understandable given the circumstances. However, rather than showing any flexibility or basic hospitality, the property charged us additional money for extra beds. To make matters worse, they also charged us a large amount for the “broken” key, even though the key itself appeared to be faulty and broke during normal use.
The combination of poor staffing, lack of accountability, and extremely unfriendly customer service made this stay very frustrating. Hospitality is about helping guests when problems arise—especially late at night—but this property did the exact opposite.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this place, particularly if you are traveling with kids. There are far better and more professional accommodation options near the airport in Phuket.
P.S: They don't have a working restaurant even for basic stuff like coffee, toast etc.
