Best accommodation in koh lanta

Most beautiful, friendly, accommodating place we been to yet. The staff are so kind and considerate always providing help with a smile. The location is perfect only a walk away from the best restaurants and beaches. Would highly reccomend to anyone passing through koh lanta. This place is a gem.

Scary Rude aggressive owners

The rooms are so so just a place to lay your head try a hostel next time we'll what can I say about the owners we rented bike from them when we bought it back he said that we lost a plastic trim off it we never it was never on it in the first place he tried to keep my licence got aggressive tried to charge us 300 Bart I never wanted to pay but my brother ended up giving him 50 Bart just over £1 what was the point he was very aggressive they just wanted more money more money I would definitely not recommend this place everywhere else we have stayed the local people are fantastic and nice very helpful these people in this hotel not nice at all but try for yourself maybe your have better luck than us hope so

Relaxing, quiet place

We we‘re at the Baan Check In for 4 nights in the bungalow. It was a nice experience. The service was great. She also booked our ferry and we rented a scooter. The room was the perfect size to relax there for some days. It was clean and we had fresh water coffe, fresh towels and shampoo in the bathroom. In front of the bungalow was a hammock a desk and two chairs. It also has an own restaurant and a grocery store next to it.
Thank you for having us, we recommend staying here.

Hosts are the angels

We loved our stay so much! The hosts are very good, helpful people giving their hearts for the best of their guests. The bungalow was very clean. The local food they serve is very good. The location of the place is very good with an easy access to beautiful beaches and a supermarket or ATM. Highly recommended!

Perfekt!!!

The staff was so helpful and extremely nice!
We had to leave early on our last day and they made breakfast very early extra just for us :)
Also they personally picked us up and brought us back to the pier, when we left.
On our first day we had no Orientation yet and they offered to take us to the nearest beach by car (walking distance) just to show us the way.
The food itself is really tasty and also good value for the money. There is a 7-eleven just across the street.
It is possible to rent motorbikes directly from him (for 200 Baht/day).
The staff was extremely flexible for example at renting our bikes day by day and also by booking a day trip to Koh Phi Phi directly from him on the evening before.
We also did our laundry there and we got it back already like 3 hours after they got it. So it was very fast done.
We had the family bungalow which means we had two separated but door connected rooms with each room having a bath. And each one had a hammock on the terrace.
We enjoyed our stay there so much that we extended our stay for almost double as long as we were planning (7 nights instead of 4)
So thank you so much for your hospitality, we had a lovely stay and when we come back to Lanta we will definitely come back to you!
