Comfortable Hostel maintained by friendly helpful young lady. Each time we visit she is happy at her work. She is very helpful with requests.

Discrimination

I was refused to live there because they considered me a “Gothenburger”. My booking went through and then received text messages from staff working in Linnaeus hostel with the following: “we do not work with Gothenburgers, good luck elsewhere”. I also attach this SMS thread because it was the sickest thing I got. If they discriminate because I am a Gothenburger or have an immigrant background is something I leave to Linne hostel to answer.

Not satisfied

Is used to budget rooms but this was significantly worse than my low standard. Unpleasant staff unwilling to cooperate, untidy, crowded room without ventilation. People learn in the corridors all night and heard too much through the walls… Recommend choosing another option.

Depressing motel vibes.

Very depressing vibes. I was the only woman in a staff less hostel you can imagine my discomfort. Don't book if you might cancel cause they will not give you your money back. There's a hostel across the street way nicer and even cheaper. Don't repeat my mistake of booking without checking here first

The hotel didnt answer me. I tried to contacy to cancel my reservation, because my father died and they didnt wrote anything.
