Absolutely fantastic location for Seville.
I stayed in a cosy deluxe single which is a perfect size for one.
It’s very quiet at night.

Avoid at All Costs – Not Worth Your Money or Time, Far Below even a one-Star Rating
Pros:
The only real advantage was the central location. However, after getting to know Seville, we realised this was not essential, as most attractions are within walking distance or easily reached by tourist bus.
Cons:
Overall, the experience fell well below what was advertised and what you would reasonably expect for the price.
On arrival at the stated check-in time, despite booking a superior room with a balcony, we were given a downgraded room without one. This felt misleading and raises concerns about transparency and ethics.
We were then told our room was “not ready” and made to wait for over an hour with no apology or clear explanation, causing us to miss pre-booked plans.
The room itself did not match the description. The bathroom was a makeshift transparent structure inside the room with no privacy, which was completely unsuitable when travelling with a teenage family member.
Cleanliness was poor, with visible mould, stained bedding, and a dirty headboard.
The room key repeatedly failed, requiring several trips to reception.
Basic amenities such as a kettle and tea/coffee facilities were not provided.
Staff responses to issues were dismissive, with no real attempt to resolve problems.

Nice place for a city break
I stayed at this hotel together with my daughter of 13 years 4 days and 3 nights. I had booked everything through the travels and later thought that I would have preferred a room with terrace. I contacted the hotel by email and they promised me to rebook it and then pay 45 euros for the upgrade at check-in. I arrived early but the rooms are available from 14:00. I did get checked in right away and they started immediately about the email and that they had a room with terrace. Luggage was neatly placed in a locked room. You take a picture of what you leave in that room. You walk through a nice coffee corner with delicious types of coffee and snacks into the lobby of the hotel with seating, charging points for your phone and there is a table where you can tap water with lemon and grab nuts. We were on floor 4 where the rooms with roof terrace are located. The room is really not very big. But has what you need. Bed/shower/toilet/ hairdryer/shampoo/shower gel/hand soap. The wall between the toilet/shower room is almost transparent so you are seen showering or sitting on toilet. There should be another way. The roof terrace is also very nice because you can only get on your bed in the room because between the bed and the shower area is maybe a meter wide. There is a table with 2 chairs on the roof terrace and can look over the whole city. For the evening this is beautiful. Everything was within walking distance because the hotel is at a fantastic point right in the center. For a city break really perfect. All in all had a good stay.
Tip: Do you want to take a taxi back to the airport? They will arrange it for you and the driver will pick you up at the hotel and carry your suitcase to the taxi that is a little further away as no cars are allowed in the shopping street. Fixed clear price and within 20-30 min neat at airport.

Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel! Perfect location and very clean and convenient. We stayed for 3 nights for a girls trip and it was gorgeous! Air conditioning was great and staff were very friendly! 100% recommend we will be back!

Perfect location! Big enough room. Only negative thing for me is the window which was small and not seeing outside. The cafe at the entrance of the hotel was nice but I didnt prefer to eat there after the first day because there were way better cafes and restaurants 100m away. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
