Pleasant stay

Well thought of hotel, well organized, cute breakfast for a great value, rooms are clean and comfy. For a short stay perfect. Gives all you need. Supermarket and staff close by, easy to reach downtown and all.

Quiet, clean and comfortable double bed and air conditioning. Good coffee at the bar for 2 euros.

More like a hostel

Terrible hotel! I booked this about was close to the airport. It was even more budget than the Ibis ‘Budget’ hotels. The room was grim, dark, absolutely no facilities, no bottle of water. There was no sheet on my bed, I had to go and ask for a sheet and was just given this, no help offered. I could hear every noise from neighbours and above me. I requested an alarm call as I had an early flight but that didn’t happen either.
The guy on the desk at night was friendly enough. No one was wearing any kind of identifiable Ibis badge/clothing/iniform, it was just 3 people in tracksuits and hoodies.
The room was cleanish, the bathroom needs an overhaul.
It’s more of a slightly upmarket hostel than a hotel.
I genuinely would never stay here again. It was €146 for a bad nights sleep in a dingy room.
Looks nothing like the photos online.

The hotel was ideal for a short convenient stay as i had an early flight to next morning from Seville.

Terrible treatment from the staff in charge of the breakfast buffet.

Very disappointing experience. I had breakfast included, but having to leave the hotel at 6:00, I was not offered any alternative to take with me. When I simply requested a little milk for the coffee (which was already prepared for service), the response was negative.
The worst part was not the lack of flexibility, but the attitude of an employee, who ended up addressing me inappropriately, telling me to leave her alone and calling me rude when I expressed my disagreement politely.
I understand that there are rules and schedules, but respect and customer service should not depend on them. A situation that could have been resolved with a small gesture ended up leaving a very bad impression.
