Comfortable hotel in Santander

A very nice hotel, both in the treatment of reception, Noelia and Silvia, well located with good views, cleanliness and tranquility. It has Gym.

Too expensive for what it is.

The rating of the accommodation is because, for what this accommodation offers, we found it quite expensive. To begin with, it is far from the center of Santander; in fact, it is in another municipality, making it complicated to walk to the center.
It has a cafeteria but does not serve meals. The receptionist, very kind, informed us about a place where we could go to eat, but when we arrived it was closed.
The room was clean, but a bit outdated.
We appreciate the gesture of being able to use the gym, but we did not have the opportunity. The availability of parking also helps a lot.
Finally, what they call a “spa” is a pool with a waterfall, swan neck, sauna, and Turkish bath, which, when we entered, were not very well prepared, nor at the correct temperature. Perhaps because it was first thing in the morning, but we believe that is no excuse.

We could have chosen better ‍♀️

Having a gym on the floor under the rooms with hours from 6:00 to 24:00 crazy, you heard non-stop banging, quite dirty and old-fashioned. The only good thing is the location.

Very good

A very good hotel, very good food, good breakfast. The employees are extremely nice. Very spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds and very clean.
Spend two nights with a group and all participants were very satisfied.
Quality price ratio could not be better.
