Great stay

Just stayed for one night, was very close to ports. Short drive to city town and beaches. Could take bus 1 or 2 into town, parking is very hard to find. The hotel had a nice style to it they serve breakfast for a fee, and offer restaurant food all day. Our room was stuffy when we walked in A/C thermometer was on 24c so we went down stairs and in 5 mins our room was changed with no issues. We also arrived early and had no issues getting our room. The room are very clean and comfortable. Staff super professional and friendly.

Arrogant staff

⭐ Very disappointing first impression
I had just arrived at the hotel and was really excited to explore Santander, but unfortunately my first experience with the hotel staff was extremely disappointing.
The receptionist (a big woman with glasses and brown hair) was unable to tell me where the bus stop to the city centre was and actually sent me in the wrong direction. When I came back and explained that the directions she had given me were incorrect, instead of simply apologising or trying to help, she became arrogant, unfriendly and dismissive.
I find this very unprofessional, especially for someone working at a hotel reception, where guests naturally expect basic assistance and a welcoming attitude.
In the end, it was local people on the street who kindly showed me the correct way to get into Santander.
Unfortunately, this was a very poor and disappointing first impression of the hotel.

Nasty receptionist

The hotel, in general, is fine. Quiet and clean rooms. We had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. He required us to check in at 4 p.m. We arrived at 2, and although there were spare rooms, he didn't want to give us the room. She was rude and rude. We didn't leave because we paid for the room.

Hotel with good bedding but badly spoiled by a horrible smell of tobacco in the room even after 3 hours of ventilation!

The hotel is well located in the suburbs of Santander. Room with good bedding. On the other hand foul smell of tobacco in the room!! The housekeepers could at least ventilate the room when they do the cleaning ... we ventilated 3h the room but it still smelled like this horrible smell that must be impregnated everywhere even in the curtains!!! Very dirty windows...
