Bad experience

What I liked least about the hotel were the rooms; they are very outdated, and especially in the bathroom, which, besides being old, smells a lot like dampness. The leisure area is nice; you have two large pools, one outdoor and one indoor, and it also has a sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is somewhat scarce for a 4-star hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the dining room staff, who are very kind and attentive. To me, it is not a 4-star hotel.

Bad - very bad.

Terrible. Don't let the photos fool you. Hotel far below 4 stars. It's not worth paying the price. The room is very old, furniture is dated, the bathroom is terrible, and the whole room smells like mold/dampness. Very basic breakfast. The truth is that it's not worth what it costs - it's not a 4-star hotel, not even 20 years ago.

Horrible smell, room 203

Room smelled awful, the bathroom emitted an unbearable smell of sewage. I just got out and I'm still agonizing. 1 night was enough to scratch the sleeping options.

Unfortunately it was better

We have been guests of this hotel for several years, but this time there was a clear breakdown in the quality of the experience.
The shower had virtually no pressure, making a simple bath a challenge. The water was constantly cold or warm, the mattresses are old and very noisy, and the sound insulation of the rooms is quite bad we were able to hear everything that was going on in the next door and in the hallway.
We also felt that there could be a better organization in the distribution of guests. It made no sense to be awake every day at 7 a.m. with children running and playing in the hallway, especially since it was possible to better separate families from couples. Another strange point was to indicate where to sit for breakfast, even with a huge room almost empty.
Despite this, there are positive aspects to highlight: the indoor and outdoor pools are very good, the parking at the door is quite practical, and the reception and bar staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The room cleaners have left much to be desired in terms of education and sympathy.
We sincerely hope that the hotel will return to the quality level it once had.

Good common parts. Our bad room: the bathroom smells like a sewer that spreads throughout the room; there is no power outlet for the razor and very poor general maintenance
