Dissapointed

went to sleep around 9:30 PM, but I woke up at 10:50 PM because of the loud noise coming from the room next door. There were constant sounds, like chairs being moved and other disturbances. It was very disruptive, especially since I was trying to rest
had just come from a long trip and spent the whole day taking care of errands, so I was already very tired. Unfortunately, instead of getting proper rest, I experienced this inconvenience.
I ended up calling the front desk to report the noise. Then the staff check i guess bc it suddenly stop ater a few mins meron na naman. Kaya i suggest sana lahat ng room may soundproof.

Breakfast was okay!! Rooms in bad conditions. For Blankets they wanted extra Charged. Blankets was not available. I have photos from the Room... Very bad Rooms..!!! I would not to stay there again for 2300 Pesos. Food Service in Rooms, very bad Quality. Expedia must proof the Standard of the Hotel. Photos are available, if it is wished!!!

On first day of checkin was not a good experience. Checkin Staff was rude and incapable in their ability to deal with our concerns. We felt judged accused when I know I paid for breakfast & upon booking into their hotel. If I was able to leave I would have.

Very nice staff .. they served my family breakfast extra early just because they need to go to the airport before the usual breakfast time .
I Love the fact that you don’t need to worry about transportation to NAIA. Everything is taken care of… til next time …
