This is in a great location in Miraflores, close to a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores/convenience stores, and within a 5 minute walk to Kenneday Park. Larcomar /Malecon is about a 15-20-minute walk or a 5 minute Uber ride away. The apartment is quite spacious: 3 bedrooms (the Master bedroom is big and the other two are decent sized), two bathrooms (one En Suite), a kitchen with all the essentials and a washer/dryer. Everything worked well; the internet was fast but spotty and worked better in the living room than in the bedrooms. The building has a 24-hour doorman and seems to be in a very safe part of town, we had no issues walking back at night. The communication with Katerina was good, and it was nice to have Lous waiting for us in the building when we arrived. A great place for a family to stay in Miraflores.

Gusto con saludar, el día martes 4 de febrero llegamos a eso de las 8:30 al aeropuerto y hablé con Katarina de nuestra llegada, nos indica que nos esperará en el departamento para recibir nuestras maletas Luis. Al cabo de las 10:00 am aproximado llegamos al edificio donde nos esperaba Luis al que entregamos las maletas (2 maletas grandes y 4 mochilas) dentro de este equipaje se encontraba una mochila “ROJA”, entramos al edificio donde me encuentro con la “Chaqueta de pluma 800” puesta y cómo hacía tanto calor me saco la chaqueta y la dejo enganchada horizontalmente en la mochila. Luis retira nuestro equipaje y nosotros salimos del edificio (podrán ver q me retiro con una polera blanca) quedando en acuerdo que el check in será a las 15:00 pm. Volvimos a eso de las 14:00 donde le doy aviso a katarina para que le diga a Luis de nuestra llegada, Luis no tarda en llegar y nos entrega nuestro equipaje y nuestro departamento. La chaqueta ya no estaba en mi mochila cuando Luis nos entrega el equipaje pero no me doy cuenta de la chaqueta hasta ya sentado en el vuelo, ya que por las altas temperaturas no era necesario y no la extrañé.
Por otra parte el día jueves a las 21:40pm llaman de recepción diciendo” que estaban reclamando los vecinos por el uso de taladro” donde a esa hora ya nos acostábamos y en donde me di el trabajo de salir a la terraza y a la puerta para ver si se escuchaba algún ruido, esto no ocurrió ya que no sentía ningún ruido en todo el edificio y menos a las afueras
