It was overall clean and adequate. The staff were not professional but not friendly. The buffet was modest. I would take luxury out of the name. It was a good hotel at a decent price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
We booked a room at this hotel for one night. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that all the furnishings were damaged and DIRTY. We walked around in just our socks for only two minutes, and the soles of our feet were covered in dust.
The bathroom was old and dirty, and the bathtub was YELLOW. It was impossible for us to stay any longer.
We contacted Booking immediately to request a refund, but since we had paid the hotel directly rather than through the site, we had to file the claim at the hotel reception.
After we informed the front desk, they tried to charge us half the room rate, 35 $ claiming we had stayed for an hour and used the bar of soap. We were still on the line with Booking, and the receptionist, with whom we had been speaking English the whole time pretended not to speak English anymore once Booking was on the call. Both receptionists were incredibly ARROGANT and couldn't care less about the situation; they are SCAMMERS. We eventually received a full refund because we were on the line with Booking; without customer service involved, we would have been ripped off.
As we were leaving, the valet mocked us.
AVOID THIS PLACE NEVER SET FOOT THERE.

Property doesn't show the true pictures, when I arrived to the hotel thecstaff was not pleasant and the rooms awful.

The WIFI on the 5th floor was awful. I complained 6 times. They never offered a room change or anything. The room I was in was not maintained at all. The breakfast was average at best. The word luxury should not be used in its name because it was anything but. As a guide who brings tourists to Peru. Many other places in Miraflores are a better deal with greay WIFI.
