The location is the strong point.

The hotel is in a great location, on José Pardo Avenue, in the Miraflores neighborhood. It is next to a currency exchange and close to markets, pharmacy and restaurants. It is also close to some tourist sights, and you can walk to the Huaca Puclana Archaeological Site, Parque Del Amor and Shopping Larcomar. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a living room with a small American kitchen. However, the window of the room is small and the room is with little ventilation, as it is all in carpet, the room was smelling carpet, when we arrived. Also, there are no sockets near the bed. The bathroom shower was good, with hot water, it's on top of the bathtub. The breakfast was very good, everything was delicious. The hotel is a little old, but I found it a good cost-effective considering the price and location.

Not a four star hotel

Plumbing issues throughout my stay.
Furniture was wobbly. Fell off the table chair. Was never offered another room

Quite dated accommodation. Buffet breakfast bland. The room was very spacious thought and it had a bath. Location was good & great value.

Great location but the lack of a smile

Spent 5 nights that ended two weeks holiday in Miraflores and Cusco. Very spacious rooms but also very old (90's?) and outdated interiors. It's not really a five star property in comparison with other hotels we experienced. Though it was clean and great bed comfort. Extremely noisy from the streets due to old and poor windows. Had to sleep with ear plugs even on the 8th floor. Meeting the staff on a daily basis when passing out & in through reception. However both me and my son reacted on never seeing anyone smiling? An odd experience as everywhere else in this friendly and beutiful country you are met with a genuine smile. Though I recommend this hotel for it's location and relatively price worthy - but don't forget your ear plugs:)
