Bad experience

We were given the first day a room with bathroom not entirely clean, with even pubic hair, and worse with panties used behind a chair, as we asked for another room. The second day we went we made sure that there is hot water (which if there is in all rooms) and we always have to wait for the "3 minutes that hot" and ended up waiting 1 hour approx that they fixed the issue, we demanded another room again and we were offered the premium (which neither the soap pots filled). Total neglect.

Good location

Quiet and clean room, well run hotel in a central location. Budget but nice. Skip the breakfast offerings and go out in the street! For taxi, get the desk to call one or use uber. Many bus routes near.

For the price , it's good . Room was clean and quiet. Reception is on !st floor , so don't have a huge bag. No restaurant , but food nearby. Staff try hard .

The staff is particularly friendly and helpful, and they speak very good English. The quality to price ratio is also very good. This is the second time I have stayed at the Panamericano and I will be returning for sure.
