This is not the first time I have stayed in one of their hotels, and I am really grateful for the Service, at all times we were asked if we needed anything. This time my family bought breakfasts. and they were really good. thanks for everything.

Lugar muy confortable

Me encantó la habitación Deluxe, la calidad del colchón es muy buena y sobre todo pude descansar super bien.
Cuentan con agua caliente y el baño estaba limpio.
Es un hotel céntrico y se encuentra cerca de la Rambla.
Me encantaron los piqueos que venden, recomiendo los tequeños de queso.

Asqueroso, baño sucio con cabellos en la ducha, cucarachas muertas en la habitación

Hemos llegado de Alemania con mi esposo y mi hijo de dos años a un hotel que nos han designado en San Luis y nosotros cansados y felices de estar ya en Peru, no nos hicimos problemas solo queríamos bañarnos y descansar; al entrar al baño no había tacho de basura, la ducha estaba con cabellos y la rejilla del desagüe sucio, nos tuvimos que poner unos guantes de látex en los pies para ducharnos y cargar a mi hijo para que no tenga contacto alguno. Mi hijo jugando con un carrito lo tiro bajo la cama y al moverla me di cuenta de que había una cucaracha muerta y tuve que alzar de inmediato a mi hijo para que no esté en en contacto con el piso, al parecer el cuarto no estuvo desinfectado no se han preocupado por ver nuestra salubridad, yo estoy embarazada con 7 meses y dos semanas y me preocupa mi estado y la de mi familia; nos han cercado sin forma de comunicación con ninguna autoridad y por más que llamamos para que nos cambien de sede a un lugar habilitado para poder pasar esta cuarentena no hay respuesta, ya son las 9:30 y no hay nada que darle de comer a mi hijo solo estamos con agua q nos dieron en el avión.
