Well located and priced, difficult to find walkability in Muscat but this may be the closest thing. Helpful staff and a friendly welcome. Very impressed for the money.

Good value for money

Very convenient location for sightseeing with ample parking. The rooms are spacious, but a bit old. The bathroom a bit ruined and not very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, considering the cheapness of the structure the quality-price ratio is high and therefore I recommend staying in the structure for a visit to Muscat.

Bored, sad, tired hotel.

Old, sad, one night. A very tired hotel. All the furniture is bloated, the bathroom is rusty. The attachments in the shower are falling off. Towels seen by more than 10,000 tourists.
The bed is normal, but it's also very old.
Breakfast is good.
The staff is polite, kind. Even the suitcase was delivered to the room. Nice to meet you. Market is 12 minutes' walk away.
For one night, the whole thing is fine.

Not really the right choice for a stopover in Muscat

If the entrance seems correct, the rooms are rather squalid without real windows with narrow beds and a bathroom with rusty fittings.
At night we were awakened between 3 and 4am by the screams of women (unveiled) in the hallway.
Breakfast is insignificant with croissants under plastic coming from the corner convenience store.
There is a limit in simple hotels, blithely crossed by this one.
