Great stay in Yangon

It was really great stay at Royal Crown hotel. Clean and nice staff. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable beds.
Easy to reach down town. Shopping mall ect.
Its value of money.
It is recommend to all.

Clean, convenient but overpriced

The location is quite good for a mid town hotel as it's close to Pearl Condo and a number of places to eat.
However the rooms are fairly small and feel outdated for the price. The breakfast buffet is also very limited even for a Yangon hotel. They do not consider the environment yet and replace your soap, toothbrush and even the plastic combs even when you've only used it once!
On the plus side it's spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and polite

Good location, very polite staff

Very convenient location and a good value compared to many other hotels in Yangon - which is to say they are ALL overpriced for what you get. Great staff.
Recently remodeled the rooms are clean and comfortable although our bathroom was only "partly remodeled" with lot's of grout and tile work that still needed to be done and a few loose wires hanging around in a slightly menacing way.
Average breakfast.

good place. stayed here for 2 days with my family and it was good accordingly to the price. friendly staff and it's close to go all around the city. recommend for those who are looking to stay for avarage hotel

Very low end hotel at high price for Asia

Old style hotel next to a dumpy apartment complex. Good points. It is close to Swedagon Pagoda , national museum and many good eating places and bakeries. There is a very good Korean supermarket close by. Reasonably friendly staff. Bad points . Breakfast is awful , a noodle dish and instant coffee all that is available. Bathroom is smelly , the blanket on the bed was filthy. The floors hadn't been washed forever and in a very dirty part of town. And all this for $60 us. We only stayed here to be close to where some friends live. Look somewhere else in this overpriced town
