Very very Poor Massage Service

Me and my daughter had a very poor service massage we had at the Rose Garden hotel's spa on 13th of Jan. The spa manager, her communication was kind of rough, not very polite, as she should rather be selling fish in the wet market. I had a foot massage. We are very seasoned taking massage both in Thailand and in Myanmar. We know what we want. So I had requested the manager to give select me the experience masseur who would give me a hard pressing and soothing foot massage. Did not meet my expectation even though I had asked her to give me a proper pressing. On top of that she had cheated the time. My daughter had the same experience with the body massage she had taken at the same time. No water, coffer was offered. No checking of whether did we enjoy the service and how did we experience.
Later, I told me daughter to check the rooms while we are here. The receptionist did not reply to our request whether there is a show room available. She pretend was busy and she later reply all rooms are occupied and we may need to come back in the afternoon.
We find this hotel, un-friendly, un-professional staff who does not see customer/ guest are important. Please, if you are looking for this kind of poor service, this would be the right hotel or otherwise, do not go there to try their service. You will regret and end up wasted your money.

No nearby food or restaurants. Have to take taxi or Grab to the restaurants. Near to the airport. The room is clean. So far so good.

I stayed in the hotel without breakfast, but the hotel also gave me breakfast and my wife and I stayed at the hotel with a good attitude. They often helped me with things and I often tipped
