This is not my first time visit here. The GT before was very good and staff were friendly and polite.
I alway stay in this hotel b coz of grateful service and good staff.They are very kindly and friendly. Aspecialy thank for HK staff.I want to say Thank to F/O.. F&B..HK

I requested for refund as there is no booking confirmation at all when I arrived at the hotel.
Hotel.com refused to refund back to me.
Please advised.

Value for money . Yes!

I stayed in this Hotel from 19 Feb to 21 Feb. The rooms are comfortable and clean for the price one has to pay. Language is a major communication barrier. The manager is a lady and only she seemed to be able to communicate in English. The Hotel is well located .

Excellent Service

Very clean and comfortable.
I am a repeat visitor and enjoy staying in this hotel. Hotel is clean and Nice place.Manager & hotel staffs Very friendly and helpful. We stay three nights in the nice clean hotel. . Would stay again.

Poor service and solving complains

TV display is bad.
6 out of 16 channels were the same (Buddha channel) after electricity went off.
Called reception but receptionist said the operator only comes at daytime.They don’t have any idea to solve this.Not even a sorry word.
Once,I requested to change sports channel during daytime,took about 2 hours to get a reply from operator.
That silly operator doesn’t even know skynet sports hd,6 or 5.He stopped at a movie channel and asked me if it is right or wrong.
