We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!

Solitude, Reflection and relaxation. This was the purpose of my trip and this property exceeded about expectations. It was comfortable it was quite accessible to everything else that I need but was able to return to a place of solitude. I didn’t get to experience everything that the property has to offer and because of that I will be back Sooner than later.

A place to relax

Amazing, a perfect place to relax and Andres' attentions were the best.
We were a family of 5, I was afraid the space was too small but it wasn't, perfect.
We tried the experience of temazcal and what a special, super recommended thing, very attentive staff at all times.
It's pet friendly so there was no remorse for being on vacation without my pet.

Family trip in paradise

We went on a family trip in order to disconnect and be relaxed, the truth is that the hotel is a very nice place and with very nice rooms and in good condition, the food is rich, the Service is very good, the Manager Andrés Vázquez treated us wonderfully always attentive to us and asking if we needed something, it is a very nice place, I recommend them very much

We just love our stay at this property
Really private and beautiful
Andres went above and beyond to provide the best service
A few issues throughout our stay but Andres help us with good communication and solution to fixed the problems right away
We definitely will come back to our next adventure in Tulúm
