Highly recommended
Stayed 9 nights at Casa Ganesh and will surely come back! All the staff were attentive and kind, and the receptionist went above and beyond daily to ensure we had a good stay, offering excursion recommendations, making reservations on our behalf, and helping with tips and tricks to navigate Tulum and the greater Yucantan.
Breakfast and lovely amenities (if needed to do work) is at the Ahau hotel, a few min walk down the road / or walk on the beach.
The wellness program of the Ahau collection is also excellent, with daily yoga/breathwork/meditation offerings. Free for guests but donations to the instructors is encouraged.
The only thing to flag which is important for future guests is that the hotel is in the party zone, and two of the restaurant/bar neighbors do play music very loud long into the night. Not a problem if you sleep with airplugs or if you are a heavy sleeper!

Great Experience on the Ocean!
I stayed with a friend at Casa Ganesh and everything was perfect. All clean, peaceful, tidy and really well cared! Paola helped us out with many tips about restaurants, insights and places to visit! Highly recommended

Recommendation, beautiful hotel
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and we could reach them 24/7. It's the sea, you haven't been by the sea for even a minute. Definitely a recommendation!

Very nice beach house and friendly staff
Very nice holiday home on the beach. Wonderful to wake up like this. We even saw a sea turtle come and bury her eggs on our terrace.
Staff were super friendly, especially Paola has always helped us very well and was always there for us. Too bad the breakfast was a bit further away in a hotel, but very tasty. The club(s) next door did cause noise in the evening and early night.

What a lovely experience!
My fiancé & I had a nice stay at Casa Ganesh and enjoyed our complementary breakfast at Ahau, a neighboring sister hotel of theirs. The staff here made us feel extra special by leaving heart shaped balloons in our room knowing that we were celebrating our engagement. We didn’t realize though that the seaweed situation was thick and intense (smelling) so swimming in the ocean was not possible. It was okay though because that forced us to explore all kinds of amazing cenotes and fresh water lagoons. There’s literally like 8,000+ cenotes to explore! If you need any help with tours ( which we recommend to explore Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve) Walk down the street to Hippie Chit and ask for Ferni. He will direct you to be best experience hands down! Even though the beach by the hotel was in off season, it was still nice to watch the sunrise every morning with no one in sight which was super beautiful. We were also lucky enough to witness a dozen or so sea turtles come to shore to lay eggs. Very powerful.
Pointer: Definitely bring your bug spray because the mosquitoes and sea fleas are not messing around! Hartwood restaurant across from the hotel was also phenomenal. Paola at the front desk was very helpful when it came to recommendations and especially when I had a small panic attack when I realized we left a carry on bag at the hotel reception. She reassured me that it was safe at the hotel and kept it until I figured out the solution. They were willing to ship it the US but we just took it as a sign to go back sooner than later to retrieve it ourselves! What a magical trip!
