Recommended
Nice room, spacious cute decor. Chosen mainly for the location did not disappoint us. Central area, very close to shops and bars but quiet. The beach area is about 15 minutes away by scooter or car.
The only flaw reception non-existent we do not
We needed but in 4 days never seen.
If you want them to redo your room you have to request it and pay extra.

No staff for asking for any help, bathroom fixtures for falling apart and dirty. Shower had no hot water and tub had cracks. Stay away from this place, a lot of better options around that place. This if my first time visiting tulum and my friend stayed at another place for similar price, way way better. Ratings were misleading, don't know what to trust anymore.

EXCELLENT STAY!
My husband, daughter and I highly recommend this very well situated accommodation in Tulum Centro.
What we loved most about this place:
LOCATION- it is walking distance to a lot of the must go-to restaurants ( & the shopping areas! ) Very centrally located.
It is also almost at the corner of a road that has a lot of street food carts so if you want to grab a cheap, authentic Mexican
meal, it is but a few steps away.
NEW, MODERN & STYLISH- this is a fairly new build, is aesthetically pleasing & it paid attention to the details ( at least most of it ). Sheets are of high quality, as are the white towels ( Zara Home ), mattress was the perfect mix of soft yet firm, the toiletries provided were of high quality that we actually switched to using theirs instead of what we brought ( a rare occurrence ). Cutlery, plates & glasses were all of good quality, fresh coffee beans & tea were provided as was a water dispenser that had both hot & cold ( we got the bigger unit with the kitchen & living room ) and we were greeted with a very wonderful scent as soon as we walked into the unit. All these things show that the host truly cares about YOUR stay!
POOL- too busy to have used it but it is a welcome amenity to have
SERVICE- wonderful, responsive and generous host that bent over backwards
to give us a great stay!
Case in point: The aircon unit in our master’s bedroom was defective & not cooling & a technician wasn’t available to repair it, but our gracious host immediately remedied that by offering us a stay in another bedroom ( the next unit ) so that we could sleep in comfort. She also gave us great local tips when I asked for some & was generous in extending our hours by a little bit (as it was possible then) . Her gracious gesture allowed us some time to shower as we were coming in from a day trip. So, thank you, El Brujo!
We will gladly recommend El Brujo because it ticks ALL my 3 boxes of a great accommodation- LOCATION, GREAT VALUE & even GREATER SERVICE!

Просторный номер с претензией на авторский дизайн. После получения ключей за четыре дня мы больше никого не в идели, было ощущение что мы в отеле одни. Внизу есть кухня, похоже когда то тут были завтраки. Расположен недалеко от основной улицы и автостанции.
