Santa Margherita mon amour

Beautiful property near the famous Campo Santa Margherita near Piazzale Roma and the heart of Venice. Bright, clean and with all amenities. Andrea is a great host friendly and helpful and has provided us with valuable tips to better experience the city. See you next time!

Excellent stay

Grazie, Andrea — a warm welcome and fabulous stay in Venice. We only had one night but were welcomed early to check in with coffee and water. A small, three room property run by a lovely couple and with well appointed rooms and common areas. We loved it and would love to come back, and this b&b is on a buzzing square a little bit away from some of the madness.

Nice staff, warm welcome, comfortable accommodation in a very lively area.

Nice staff, very warm welcome with coffe offered. Our room was spacious and comfortable; clean and big bathroom. Fresh fruit, fresh bread and croissant, yoghurt, coffee and juice, omelette: a complete breakfast served in the little balcony or in your room if you wish.
Definitely a nice place to stay in Venice.

Awful location, scary walk but ok

Hotel is in a bad location you literally have to walk down a scary alley way then in a door which looks like something out of a horror film a dark set of dirty petrol smelling stairs to get to your room.
The hotel has 3 rooms. Our room was clean and spacious, fresh towels provided.
Our bathroom you had to walk through a ‘living area’ to get to and from not ideal when in & out shower! You get your own key to bathroom,
Staff was friendly and provided us with takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early to get to airport!
Venice overall isn’t what you expect it to be! I wouldn’t recommend even going there!!!

A true gem!

A Venetian Experience B&B is one of the best places I have stayed on holiday. The hospitality we were given was so amazing. We arrived slightly early and our host allowed us to leave our bags at the B&B and even offered us a cappuccino. The room was sparkling clean - such a comfortable bed and great cushions. The bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was served outside the balcony in the winter sun. It was so beautiful and absolutely delicious. What an amazing place. Comes HIGHLY recommended. Look no further. So happy we stayed here!
