Excellent option to rest and stay near the station.

From the beginning the treatment and attention was first class. The friendly landlady gave us a guide, which made us know and tour a part of beautiful Venice without missing.
I'd definitely come back.

Great location, all very convenient!

3 rooms in a nice apartment, all renovated. Bathrooms are in the hallway, but each room has its own. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette available (you can not cook, but there is a kettle, coffee machine, fridge and everything you need. There is also a room with books, magazines and a nice map of Venice. Windows in room and bathroom, balcony for smokers. Nice warm, powerful water. Quiet and quiet house. We recommend it!

Comfortable and convenient

This was a great place to stay in Venice. They provided clear directions to arrive from the airport and depart from the train, and it's convenient also the the Vaporetto stop to get around, the train station, and the transit center. They provided us with a recommendation for the nearby Rio Novo restaurant which was lovely, too! We stayed in the "Moon and Lagoon" room and it was a comfortable, clean room. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi tub after a long redeye flight but it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures and very noisy so we didn't use it. Other than that minor detail, everything was great and we'd recommend this as a great, budget friendly and convenient option!

Amazing hospitality and beautiful rooms

Jenny let us check in early (10AM) even though check-in time is later. The room was clean,beautiful, comfortable bed, ample space to move around. The kitchen is stocked with basic stuff only but is clean and has a variety of teas. Jenny is approachable and can be reached on her phone for doubts. She sat us down and told us about where to go in Venice, where to eat etc. Loved the experience, full 5 star, going to come back again and stay here

Wonderful little place

The room and bathroom were very clean. Jenny was incredibly nice and made wonderful selections, even though we visited in the off season. The directions to the room were very clear and there was no trouble finding where we needed to be.
