Great hotel in perfect location

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Venice. St. Mark's Square is only a 3 minute walk away, in a side alley. It is also only a few minutes to the ACTV jetty and Alilaguna (stop San Marco Giardinetti) and you only have to cross a bridge.
The hotel has a lift. On the ground floor there is a small bar.
Rooms are decorated in typical Venetian style, with fabric wallpaper on the walls and gold decoration. The beds were very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. There was ample storage space, both in the room and in the bathroom. Room and bathroom were large enough.
In the room there was a small fridge that was empty but could still be used. In the closet there was a safe, but unfortunately it did not work.
In the bathroom there was seemingly no ventilation or if an extremely weak, I always had escape thoughts after showering.
On the first floor there is the breakfast room, which has a pleasant size and above all volume. With luck you even get a table by the window, which offers a view of a piece of Carnal Grande and Giudecca.
The selection is really good. Everything from typical Italian desserts to rolls, cereals, scrambled eggs and changing hot dishes is available. On Sunday there were even croissants.
I especially noticed here that every few minutes someone from the staff checked if something needed to be refilled. Since there was not too much of everything, but so nothing was ever empty. Great service!
Generally, the staff was always very nice and friendly.
I would book the hotel again anytime.

The best location.

We stayed three nights in the suite. Spacious, it consists of two rooms sharing one and a half bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen (non-functional). Additionally, it has a balcony deck with a view of the bell tower. The only downside is the accessibility,
You have to climb two flights of stairs. The location is unbeatable, the service is friendly, and the breakfast is varied.

Hotel a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco

We stayed in this hotel a few steps from St. Mark's Square, convenient for sightseeing.
All around, showcases of big names. Quiet area, no disturbing noise, always crowded with tourists.
We were impressed with the staff and the facility.
At check in we were given a room upgrade. Large redone bathroom, large sitting room before the room and spacious room. Excellent dishes and the truth at the breakfast buffet.
Recommended.

My room was perfect for a 3 night stay.
Bigger than I thought it would be for a supposedly solo room.
The front desk staff were very friendly and i felt very safe staying here as a solo traveller.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice bathroom with a bidet. Carpet in the room a bit old.
