The welcome we were looking for after catching the disappointment of having booked a location that turned out to be closed. Manager helpful and very kind. Small room, but with everything you need, clean and in a great location. Full breakfast in the rate. Thanks again

TO FLEE

I can't go to Venice this evening because my brother-in-law is very ill and almost died 1 week ago..... .
Where the airline, the activities, get guide and other service providers....m have rescheduled everything and want courage without paying anything more, they refuse and answer me just too late. They're going to charge me 400 euros. No humanity, just for that, they don't deserve to stop at their place.

Lovely location, friendly owner

Located in a quiet street of the Dorsoduro district, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the Ponte dell'Accademia and the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim collection, and the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute. Easy to get to Piazza San Marco. Breakfast of rolls with jam, coffee, and fruit juice served in the room. Very friendly owner who provided us with helpful tips for visiting Venice! Thank you for a nice stay.

Great location, basic hotel

Great location, very friendly owner, bathroom small but did the job. The breakfast was just bread and jam, which was a little bit disappointing. But overall was a great little hotel, just what we needed.

Very arrogant owner

I stopped at this hotel while touring Venice and politely asked the owner who was at the front desk if he would let me take a look at a room for two, the man was INCREDIBLY arrogant ! I thought at first that he didn’t understand my English but he verbalized understanding in broken english saying, “ I am not interested in what you want” !
Not sure what’s wrong with this dude lol
SPARE YOURSELF THE ATTITUDE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE ☺️

Hi,
this is not fair, you did not stayed in our structure. You stooped one day to ask fro some informations, but if the rooms are full of people how could we show to you, we said to you to watch them on google. Then you got out and left this review without staying on us. Reported to TripAdvisor.
