Beautiful view of the canals!

There are two floors and a roof deck, a stunning view, and a nice restaurant next door. The location was AMAZING! Nothing wrong with this apartment! Weather you are planning a business trip, a family trip, or by yourself, you will have a good vacation in Venice!

Bella esperienza

La location è ben collocata. Molto disponibile ed efficace il titolare. L’appartamento è molto comodo per visitare l’Arsenale e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. La dotazione della cucina è come quella di casa

Venezia è meravigliosa!

Ho conosciuto Ca’ Arsenale grazie a dei buoni amici, non andavo a Venezia da tanti anni e mi sono lasciato convincere a trascorrere un week-end lungo insieme a loro, prenotando l’appartamento 3, in cui si può stare comodamente in due coppie. Infatti è dotato di due camere da letto, di un bel soggiorno con vista sul campo, sull’ingresso dell’Arsenale e sul canale. Il bagno recentemente rinnovato è bello e funzionale, con una doccia davvero grande. La cucina è dotata di tutto, ma non l’abbiamo mai usata, visto che in zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti, mi è piaciuto molto quello proprio sotto casa che si chiama:“da Paolo”, piacevolissimi bacari e bar. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco, con una fermata del vaporetto a 200 m. e con la Biennale ad un distanza ancor minore. Tutti questi vantaggi, senza essere oppressi da una folla di turisti.

The best place

Sono andato a Venezia con la mia ultima fidanzata e per fare le cose come sono solito fare, ho scelto Ca’ Arsenale, per i seguenti motivi: la posizione, la tranquillità, là bellezza del campo, la vista dei suoi famosi leoni e per gli appartamenti recentemente ristrutturati con impianti di aria condizionata all’avanguardia. La bellezza degli arredi unita alla comodità dei letti e al l’efficienza del Wi-Fi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Lo consiglio a tutti.
