Great hotel with value for money

Minimal room but well furnished and spotless. Very nice also the private terrace. The location is a bit off but offers a much appreciated tranquility. The bus stop is 1 minute from the property. Tonino super nice and very

We stayed in the days of the father's funeral and stayed in a comfortable, clean and strategic with bus and metro a stone's throw, x not to mention Mr. Tonino a polite, polite and helpful person x all our needs. Definitely to return in the future thanks again Mr. Tonino

A Guest house, not a hotel, but OK.

Pros:
Friendly and very helpful owner .
Rooms are very clean.
Good bed.
Cons:
Very thin walls between rooms.
Very small breakfast, 2 croissants without everything, 1 coffee and an orange juice.
Street and surroundings very dirty.
Great distance to the center and attractions. Actually only accessible by taxi.

Price performance ok

Clean room, it was taken good care of us. What I would like to think there is a fridge for cold drinks I think many would pay extra for it at 39 degrees. For recommendation, please take the parking spaces inside the guesthouse, if you park outside with a foreign license plate your vehicle will be broken into 99%.

All very well

Vale davvero la pena di soggiornare a Villa Ivana! Clean, very comfortable, very recent rooms and bathrooms. The rooms have a nice outdoor terrace, there is the possibility to park inside the property, with closed gate.
